Drying 2 months in fruit cellar. Fermentation in oak barrels 
for about 10 months. Refining at least 3 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with golden hints. To the nose it is finely 
aromatic, intense, persistent, floral and fruity. To the 
mouth it is sweet, soft, velvety, full. 375 ml/ 6 Alc. 12.5% by Vol. Technical sheet
